Sonja an I met as a result of my Buzzy Bee project in a 2007 issue of Step-by-Step Wire Jewelry mag. She came for her first private workshop in late November and we have just completed her Tech II session! Sonja works as an art teacher at a middle school and is very talented. She brought several designs for me to see, based on our first classes ~ amazing! I have encouraged her to submit one of these projects to SBS Wire. As you can see she has already gone beyond with this design, made in our last class. It will be exciting to see what she does with all of her new skills when she returns in June for Tech III, (working with all faceted stones).
