Basically Beads ~ 4
Several of the pendant ladies stayed late into the evening to learn my Victorian Beaded Earrings, (my design that was on the cover of SBS Wire mag, Summer issue). Sande Hubbard came up from Williamsburg to play with us. (We haven't seen each other since we traveled in Thailand together this past June). It was fun to visit and play, and then enjoy a nice dinner together.

Saturday afternoon our largest group came in to learn the Framed Cabochon Pendant. I always love teaching the same technique to a group, and seeing all of the totally different designs that result. These ladies made some truely beautiful pendants.

Saturday morning we made my Crystal Wave Ring, and I discovered just what a 'Wa Wa' store is all about. Interesting way of being able to order excellent sandwiches, I'd like to see this chain in Tennessee. (Janine is the lady standing.)

Basically Beads ~ Gloucester, VA, September 2008-1
Wow, Gloucester is in a pretty area of the country. On the way across Virginia, I stopped in Richmond to visit a bit with Mint and saw the amazing custom kitchens and bath store she designs for. Very impressive. Janine has a wonderful bead store, and some nice supplies. Friday I taught my Beaded Bangle Bracelet. Everyone had fun and made some gorgeous bracelets!
