Gretel and Len Matrai stopped by from British Columbia, for Gretel to learn how to make the classic cabochon ring. Gretel is a professional glass blower, and a self-taught wire worker who has made some really nice pieces! It will be good to see what she comes up with after learning these new techniques. (Len is a wonderfully supportive hubby who took notes for Gretel while she and I worked together.)
